Pursuing clinical rotations at the Brookdale University Hospital and Medical Center enables you to get an understanding of the residency program, clinical setting, and patient population. Students who successfully complete the clerkship and are in satisfactory standing are eligible to request a composite Standardized Letter of Evaluation (SLOE) from the department.
We offer clerkship rotations to qualified allopathic and osteopathic medical students through VSAS. VSAS students can find our rotation under New York Medical College by choosing Brookdale University Hospital and Medical Center as the clinical site.
At this time, we also offer spots exclusively for students that are in Caribbean Medical Schools affiliated with our hospital (SABA and Ross University)
The process of scheduling an EM rotation is facilitated by our GME office.
